Return Process

  Navigate to the 'My Orders' section in your account, select the item you wish to return, and click on the 'Return/Exchange' button.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original packaging along with all tags, invoices, and accessories to ensure it passes the quality check.

  Pickup and Verification

  Our courier partner will arrive within 2-4 business days to collect the package and perform a preliminary on-the-spot quality inspection.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and undergoes a final quality check, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or Nykaa wallet.
